Please note that first time clients may be required to fill out a new client form and/or service waiver. This waiver is put in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign this waiver will result in your services not being completed until the waiver is signed. Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Sparks Salons. If you have booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 3 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee. Appointments booked with less than 3 hours of time between when the appointment was made, and when the appointment was scheduled to take place are not subject to this policy. While there is no fee applied for these cancellations, you may be required to leave a credit card on file in order to book future appointments if this happens more than once. Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking, the Schedulicity app or by phone call. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.
No Shows and After 24 Hour Notice Cancellation If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments or call before 24 hours notice without contacting us to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during opened hours, we do require a phone call in order to late cancel your appointments. Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked, unless they have a service bundle to cover the services.
Inclement weather & Emergencies In the event of bad weather or similar emergency and we are open, if you can not make it to your appointment we do not charge a cancelation fee when you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we have to close the salon for inclement weather we will always call all scheduled clients with as much notice as possible to reschedule any appointments effected. If weather worsens over night, and the salon isn't open yet, and you have to cancel for a morning appointment, please e-mail us any time firstname.lastname@example.org to allow us to notify your technician as soon as possible. We strive to keep our staff and clients safe with as much ease as possible in situations like bad weather.
Services We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 2 days of the service completion pending management approval.
Hours of Operation Our hours are by appointment only and are subject to change due to weather, emergency, season, and technician availability. We are a small business and emergencies happen. Thank you for understanding and cooperation!
Products Unused/unopened retail products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or salon credit for up to 14 days on opened and used products.
Packages Packages, once purchased, are non-refundable. The value of the remaining services on a package may be returned for salon credit pending management approval. Once a service bundle has been returned you are not able to purchase that bundle again. Service bundles all have an expiry date associated with them and after this time is up, any unused services will no longer be available for use.
Lengthy + Multiple services Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your schedulicity client account. In the event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above. For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the salon and pay a 40% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.
Gratuities If you wish to show appreciation for your service provider, gratuity is accepted. An industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. We do accept tips on credit cards.
Prices are Subject to Change We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the most cutting edge technology in skin care and beauty, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. Prices do not include gratuities.
Gift Certificates Gift certificatesare perfect for every occasion and are available in any dollar denomination up to $600, giving your guest the freedom to choose the specific salon experience, services and/or products they desire. Gift certificates can be conveniently purchased in store. Gift certificates must be presented at time of purchase. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift card. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. All prices are subject to change. Gift certificates do not expire. The terms and conditions of the cards are governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased. Use of card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
