Scheduling Policy
To schedule an appointment, online booking is the easiest & fastest way to book with us, as our artists may be busy servicing another client. Our business number is textable & accepts FaceTime calls, as well. We always encourage texting us for a Free Consult, as virtual consults via FaceTime are free.
Deposit Policy
We require all clients to pay a $100 non-refundable and non-transferable (to other people or services) deposit when booking a cosmetic tattoo appointment. This deposit is due at booking via our online portal, via invoice by email or over the phone. If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times, another $100 deposit will be required in order to book again and get on the schedule.
Rescheduling Policy
We allow for two rescheduled appointments, no later than 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. Anything after 48 hours notice will be subject to deposit forfeiture. Anything after two rescheduled appointments, you will be required to either put another $100 deposit on file or pay in full per the artists' discretion. If you need to reschedule more than three times, any deposits paid will not be refunded. If you desire to book a future appointment at LLB after 3 reschedules, you will need to contact LLB directly and speak with the owner, Alyssa. While we understand things happen, chronic reschedules are an inconvenience & disruptive to our artists bookings.

Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at LLB. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be subject to a $100 fee to cover services booked. We understand that things happen, however it is incredibly hard to fill a spot so last minute and our artists do not get paid when an appointment is missed. We respect our clients time, so we just ask that you respect our Artists as well as other clients who may want your appointment slot. If you have booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 3 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee.
Appointments booked with less than 3 hours of time between when the appointment was made, and when the appointment was scheduled to take place are not subject to this policy. While there is no fee applied for these cancellations, you may be required to leave a credit card on file in order to book future appointments if this happens more than once.
Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking, SQUARE or by phone call.

No Shows and After 24 Hour Notice Cancellation
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments or call before 24 hours notice without contacting us to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file as well as a 50% deposit to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during opened hours, we do require a phone call in order to late cancel your appointments.
Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.
Inclement Weather & Emergencies
In the event of bad weather or similar emergency and we are open, if you can not make it to your appointment we do not charge a cancelation fee when you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we have to close the salon for inclement weather we will always call all scheduled clients with as much notice as possible to reschedule any appointments effected. If weather worsens over night, and the studio isn't open yet, and you have to cancel for a morning appointment, please e-mail us any time at [email protected] to allow us to notify your Artist as soon as possible. We strive to keep our staff and clients safe with as much ease as possible in situations like bad weather.

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our studio. Services are completed and paid for at the discretion of the client and we will not in any case give a refund for a service.

Unused/unopened retail products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Lengthy + Multiple services
Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your Square client account. In the event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above. For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the salon and pay a 50% deposit on the appointments you wish to book.
Gratuities
If you wish to show appreciation for your service provider, gratuity is accepted. While gratuities are not included they are greatly appreciated. An industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee.
We do accept tips on credit cards, but tips are preferred in CASH, CASHAPP OR VENMO.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are perfect for every occasion and are available in any dollar denomination, giving your guest the freedom to choose the specific salon experience, services and/or products they desire. Gift certificates can be conveniently purchased in store or online. Gift certificates must be presented at time of purchase. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift card. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. All prices are subject to change. Gift certificates do not expire. The terms and conditions of the cards are governed by the laws of the state where the card is purchased. Use of card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
