Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with Luxury Looks Beauty Cosmetic & Paramedical Tattoo Studio and Academy. We are a collaborative based studio of artists who work hand in hand with our clients to reach their service goals, while still delivering the same professional luxury beauty experience & expertise. Artists are tiered by experience levels and priced to reflect that.
If services are heavily discounted 30-50% off, it is because an artist is charging intro rates for that service or is just starting out in the field. Please book accordingly and know you are getting what you pay for. Rome was not built in a day & neither are artists' skills. If you want a master artist, you are paying for years of education and experience behind them. If you choose to book with a newer artist, you understand and acknowledge the fact that their craft is not 100% perfected & that is why you are charged at an intro rate, since you may need more touchups. While these artists are trained by us & are AAM Board Certified, they are still under 2 years of experience & it takes time to learn the different techniques, speeds, skin depths & needle lengths for clients as needed & adjust accordingly.
Respect our policies & boundaries. Please be respectful of our sacred work space & help us cultivate an environment that is comfortable for our artists to work in and you to be serviced in. Our artists will help create a custom plan for you according to your wants and needs when we consult, however, there are some styles/looks/wants that may not work with your skin, eye, face or brow shape & do not uphold to our code of ethics as AAM certified cosmetic tattoo artists. Sometimes a client wants what will not look best on them & however, we will not be held accountable regardless of you asking for it and us going against our expert opinion.
We are professionally trained in this & are here to offer our experience, expertise, educated advice & create a custom cosmetic tattoo for you that enhances your features best. Every artist has a different flare & artistic technique to their tattooing that varies. Some artists have bolder/more natural work & many artists specialize in both. We encourage you to do your research & find which artist’s work calls to you most. This is ART. We ask that you look at our website, gallery & instagram page or bring us inspiration photos (within realistic expectation) of what you like/are looking for so that we may best meet your expectations.
Please note: we are by appointment only— our hours change accordingly to our artists personal daily lives and our shop does NOT have set operating hours to walk in for questions. If you have questions about a service, please give us a call to set up a free virtual consult to go over your questions.
Please do not show up extremely early or late—10 minutes early/late is acceptable and appropriate. Artists use this down time between clients to eat, use the restroom, clean room, etc.
If you wish to speak to an artist directly in person then you will need to book an inperson consultation which is $50 & includes 30 minutes of consultation, Mapping/Drawing, Choosing a Color & discussing what is best. This becomes free if you decide to book with us. We charge for in person consultations as they do take away booking time from our artists & we do use the same products we would during your consultation during your appointment. This is the same process that would happen if you have an artist drawing up a tattoo for you prior to your appointment.
All appointments require a deposit on file at booking and a VALID credit card on file to retain your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total cost at your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable to person or for use of another service, however they are honored forever for any new PMU appointment & if you need to postpone your appointment, you may have it held on file for the future. We allow up to 2 reschedules before requiring another deposit on file, if you reschedule a 3rd time both deposits are forfeited and you need to reach out to management about your situation if you wish to reschedule again. We value and respect our client’s time and ask that our customers do the same for our artists and cancel in a timely manner within 72 hours of your appointment.
Any client who has had previous work done from another studio & is looking to have their brows done by us is considered a NEW client. Some clients may need a removal or color correction. There have been very few cases where the client is new to the area and the brows truly do just need a refresh and are in generally good condition but these cases still usually need a touchup in addition to the refresh. So we do the first session for $399 and the touchup at 6 weeks for $150. These cases always need PRE approval before booking so please text us a picture at 609-810-0353 for a free virtual consultation if you've had previous work done to assess your case with our owner & master artist, Alyssa.
Generally speaking, any client that comes to our studio that hasn't been with us before is considered a new client & charged as such. We need to do new client paperwork, assess the brows you have, brow map and adjust the color & shape since we don't know what the previous artist used & assess any asymmetry or if a color correction is needed.
Every client who comes into our studio is brow mapped, color matched & given the best procedure for their skin type, lifestyle & preference. Any microblading client over the age of 35 is usually automatically a better candidate for Nano Brows & will be swapped at their appointment if booked for microblading (by booking an appointment online you are consenting to this). Microblading is $475. Nanobrows are $500. While the healed results are similar, Nano Brows last longer, heal better & looks more natural on mature skin clients.
CC authorization form must be filled out for ALL APPOINTMENTS— all sales final— all deposits final. No deposits can be paid with a gift card. Gift cards non refundable. Cash is the preferred method of payment however we do offer credit, debit, venmo, cash app, apple & google pay. No checks. $5 charge applies to all card transactions.
Please respect our craft, educated opinion on shape & color selections and our expertise—while we specialize in a custom to you bespoke experience, this can make it difficult meeting our clients goals when we are working with clients from all backgrounds (Clients with Fuller Brows just looking to enhance, clients with no brows needing a full brow reconstruction, Cancer Survivors, Alopecia Clients, Brow Corrections, etc)
A custom approach & 30 minute thorough consultation with a custom color match & symmetry mapping is always a part of every single cosmetic tattoo appointment to gather all of the information you give us, including your medical background, any prior cosmetic tattoo history, examples of work you like/dont like & come up with a customized plan of action to choose the best style for you based on the information provided. We are not cookie cutter- this is a completely customized experience.
We aim to meet our clients & their expectations where they are at and always aim for a more conservative approach to cosmetic tattooing for a natural, effortless, lived in look from the start— we can always add more & do another touchup—- it is much harder to take away though it can be done. We are finding more & more of our clients would rather start with a softer look to ease into it & come back for an additional touchup after the first 2 sessions if they still desire more density or fullness opposed to the typical 2 sessions— 1 initial & 1 touchup. So instead doing: (1 initial + 2 touchups= 3 total sessions)
While we do service many locals & all of southern ocean county—we have clients from all over the Tri-State area, some driving 4-6 hrs from Virginia & others flying in from North Carolina & Florida.
All brow types need at least 1-2 touchups at 5-8 weeks which is $150 for the first and $75 if a second touchup is needed. After that you are looking at annual touchups every 1-4 years depending on your lifestyle, preference and skin type.
Any client with a history of cold sores or fever blisters looking to book a Lip Blush tattoo MUST be pre-medicated with an antiviral medication for 5 days before their appointment & 5 days after.
All aspirin & blood thinners (even vitamins like fish oil) should be stopped with doctors approval at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid bleeding.
All services are subject to NJ Sales tax.
